We encounter mental conflict many times through day, sometimes its internal sometimes it involves external influences and in the process emotions are triggered leaving strong impressions on the memory! These stored impressions in the memory eventually play out in every part of our life, creating anxiety, unnecessary worry and physical & mental fatigue leaving one feeling dissatisfied. In this time and space it becomes more important than ever to bring the mind to a state of stillness. 99% of the time decisions made will be accurate if it comes from a relaxed & clear mind space!
Meditation is the art of stilling the ever-chattering mind. It is a state where thoughts stops wavering, there is clarity in decisions, increased happiness and balance in life.
In a competitive and busy life where time is running and we are sprinting behind to match its step, it becomes vital to slow down once in a while to rejuvenate our energy, strength and clarity. In meditative state, the pause occurs naturally, one reconnects with ‘self’. As a result, the awareness of direction are heightened, and solutions are realised.
What to expect
In a meditation session, you may sit or lie down comfortably, gently shut your eyes and you will be taken through a guided journey of breathing and deep relaxation, as you de-stress and release your tensions, pains & fears. In a deep rest the self healing system activates, 20 min of meditation a day is all it takes for mental hygiene!
