Life is now effortless in alignment with nature's rhythm, it wasn't always like that! My adventurous journey has taken me places, and the one place that I am aesthetic at reaching is my authentic self! The sense of freedom this space has to offer is unmatched, being here I have realised that this experience is a gift to share. 

Having Yoga & meditation as an integral part of me for over 20 years, has not only made my body but also my mind resilient, flexible and curious! I distinctly remember one day after a profound meditation a question popped into my thought “who is beating my heart?, how does a cell turn into a full grown human?” “What is that super intelligence that's making the earth go round” There was innocence in these questions and the depth of it drew my attention inward. Bringing the mind to a state of stillness, opens up the space from where authentic answers are derived! Manifestations happen effortlessly.

At every stage of life what was needed for me to progress came to me, by then I had stopped running behind things all I did was trusted! The different modalities that came to my play from Theta healing to working with crystals to breath-work, CranioSacral Therapy, Coaching, Natural Buildings (Building mud houses) and the latest is the power of Sound (Tibetan Sound Immersion) left me feeling grateful. Sound is the base of creation, working with sound frequencies has brought astonishing results for people that have come to me to experience sound immersion. This has stretched my horizon on how to activate one's own self healing system. The intelligence that has created a full grown human from a cell, knows how to repair it as well!

My most effective classrooms are without walls! Trekking in the wilderness of the mountains has unchained me from the grips of my own limitations & belief system! Dipping in the ice cold rivers that cleanses every cell in your body and every thought in your mind. Sleeping under a tree after a tiring trek has broken the barriers of comfort, getting lost in a dark night under the stars to the extent where fear has wrapped your existence with literally little hope and then watching divinity gracefully carrying you to the shore! Miracles are regular from the time I have changed my ways from asking to trusting! 

This Journey wouldn't be what it is if it weren't for all the Teachers, Masters and Gurus that came along with the gift of knowledge and wisdom. My heart beats gratitude for all who have lit my path on every step of the way. Divinity has been my constant companion on this journey to self discovery! What more could one want for this short period of time on this planet!
